How it Works

You pay a deposit and then fill out our order form. We will confirm how you want your  meat cut and get the animal to the processor. When your meat is ready, you pay the remaining balance and arrange for pickup. Pricing varies by the type of meat. See details below.

Beef

100% Grass-fed

Whole Beef – Approximately 500-600 lbs. hanging weight. Final product is usually between 65-75% of hanging weight. You pay $5.19 per pound hanging weight, including processing. Deposit $800

Half Beef – Approximately 250-300 lbs. hanging weight. Final product is usually between 65-75% of hanging weight. You pay $5.19 per pound hanging weight, including processing. Deposit $400

Pork

Humanely raised outdoors

Whole Hog – Approximately 150-160 lbs. hanging weight. Average yield is usually between 70-80% of hanging weight. $5.35 per pound hanging weight. Includes processing, hocks, and fat. Deposit $375

Half Hog – Approximately 180 lbs. hanging weight.Average yield is usually between 70-80% of hanging weight. $5.35 per pound hanging weight. Includes processing, hocks, and fat. Deposit $250

Lamb

Whole Lamb – Approximately 50 lbs. average hanging weight. Yield is about 75%. Combination of shoulder, shank, leg roast, lamb chops and ground lamb. $9.95 lb. hanging weight. Deposit $175
