Approximately 560-600 lbs. hanging weight. Final product is usually between 65-75% of hanging weight. You pay $6.75 per pound hanging weight, including processing. Includes bones, offal and fat upon request.
How it works:
- Pay the deposit
- Fill out this order form. You will receive a copy of the form with your responses via email. Bulk deposits are nonrefundable.
- Once your order is placed, call Neil at 303.520.8490 to confirm how you want your meat cut.
- We will send you a copy of the cut sheet for you to sign and return to us.
- When your product is ready, we will email an invoice based on the weight of your particular animal.
- After the invoice is paid, we will contact you to arrange for pickup.
